Jeff Payne

Jeff has been a member of the VFW for 4 years and is about to complete his 32nd year of military service.  He began his career in the United States Marine Corps from May of 1988 - May 2000.  He served in Desert Storm with the 4th Assault Amphibious BN, 3rd BN, 5th Marines.  In addition to wartime and sea service deployment ribbons and medals, Jeff earned the Combat Action Ribbon.  After sitting idle for less than a year, he joined the Army National Guard in 2001 and quickly entered active duty soon after.  He is completing his 19th year on Active Duty, and served one tour in Iraq, where he earned the Bronze Star Medal for his service.  Jeff is a marketing and business media development entrepreneur and is completing a Master's degree in Executive Leadership December 2019.
